This is a one day course (JCC1) provides an overview of the Joomla! CMS and comprehensive training in the creation and categorisation of new articles using JCE (arguably the most popular WYSIWYG editor for Joomla!).

Extending on from JCC1, this course covers the creation and use of the standard Joomla! modules. It also covers the creation and use of menus.

The Joomla! Administration course provides a overview of how to Administer and Manage and a Joomla 1.6 based website and covers all of the key aspects of congfiguring the CMS and troubleshooting common problems.

The Extending Joomla! course looks at the use of extensions to add features to your website and covers the popular JCE, JEvents, JomSocial and the differences between components, plug-ins and modules.

CPPL is also able to offer training customised around the needs of your organisation — whether it's by selecting the particular lessons to be covered or arranging for in-house.

This course combines our two, one day Joomla Content courses into a single course. To successfully complete the course a student must pass each days assessment.
The combined courses are:
Successful completion of both courses assessments is required to receive a pass for this combined course.
This course has a minimum of 5 students.
As a pre-requisite students should have a good grasp of article creation in Joomla! 1.6 (or a similar CMS) and be familiar with normal website terminology and concepts.
An understanding of file systems and permissions will be an advantage in the troubleshooting sections of this course.
This course combines three of our one day courses into a single course. To successfully complete the course a student must pass each days assessment.
The combined courses are:

This course has a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 8 students.
